Yes. You can switch at any time from your settings. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

If you cancel a Grow or Multiply subscription, your account downgrades to Plant at the end of your current billing period. All your existing teams, content, service plans, and docs remain fully accessible. Your data is never deleted.

Yes, on Grow and Multiply plans. Ministry Planner connects bidirectionally with Planning Center Services to sync your song library, arrangements, and push service plans directly to PCO.

Giving has no monthly fee and no setup cost. Ministry Planner takes 0.5% of each online gift, and your church pays its own Stripe processing rate directly to Stripe — 2.2% + 30¢ if you hold Stripe's nonprofit rate, which we will help you apply for. Cash and checks you enter by hand are free, always. Planning Center meters its subscription by how many donations you take — including the cash and checks you type in yourself. A church with a faithful older congregation pays more for having one. We never will.

Your church does. Giving runs on a Stripe account in your church's own name, your church is the merchant of record, and gifts settle directly into your bank account. Ministry Planner never holds your money — there is no balance of ours in the middle, and no payout of yours we could delay.

Your church does, in its own Stripe dashboard, because the gift was charged on your own Stripe account. That also means our 0.5% is not insurance and we never describe it that way: Stripe's fraud tooling, instant bank verification and instant payouts are Stripe products billed to you if you switch them on.

Yes — a donor confirms an emailed code the first time they give. It adds one step, and it buys the thing that makes giving worth having in the same system as everything else: every gift is attached to a real person, so it lands on their record, appears on their year-end statement automatically, and lets your team notice when a faithful giver quietly stops.

For your church website, yes, on every plan and at no charge — point a domain you already own at the site and we handle the rest, including the certificate. White-labeling the whole Ministry Planner workspace under your domain (e.g., hub.gracechurch.org, with your logo and colors) is a Multiply feature; contact us after upgrading to request setup.
