How the pricing works
Breeze lists one price, $72 a month, with unlimited people and admin users, no setup fees and no contract, and a 30-day free trial. Worship tools are a $29 a month add-on, and texting is 250 messages a month free, then $10 per 500.
Plant is $49 a month ($39 billed annually) for up to 250 active people, Grow is $150 for up to 1,000, and Multiply is $300 for up to 5,000. Unlimited users on every plan, and a 30-day free trial with no credit card.
Where Breeze is strong
Breeze is a full church database, and its site says over 50,000 churches use it. Member records, check-in with name tags, texting, and online and text giving all live in one system at one price. It also offers free phone and email support and free help importing your data when you switch. If what you need most is a church database with check-in, it’s a strong choice.
What Ministry Planner does differently
Ministry Planner starts from the plan. A shared teaching calendar lets you lay out sermon series months ahead, and service plans, the volunteer schedule, groups, your website and giving all sit beside it in one workspace.
Ministry Planner takes nothing from gifts. Your church pays only Stripe’s processing fee: 2.2% + 30¢ per card gift at Stripe’s nonprofit rate, or 2.9% + 30¢ until Stripe approves it. Every church is confirmed as a registered charity before its first gift.
