Is it actually free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial clock, no per-member pricing. Weekly headcount tracking, the trend charts, and CSV export are free without limits on how many weeks you record.
What exactly gets tracked?
Headcounts — one number per service per week, entered by your staff. It's deliberately not a check-in system: no kiosks, no name tags, no per-person records on the free tier. That's what most churches under 200 actually need to see their trend.
Can I track multiple services, or kids separately?
Yes. Each count is its own row — 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, Kids, youth night, midweek. The weekly chart totals them and the tooltip shows the per-service breakdown.
Can I enter our old attendance history?
Yes, two ways: import a CSV of past weeks in one step, or pick any past date and type the count. Either way, year-over-year comparisons light up as soon as a prior year exists.
Can I switch from Church Metrics?
Yes. Export your records from Church Metrics as a CSV and import the file here — the importer reads its date, service time, and value columns directly. Your weekly history and trends carry straight over.
Do volunteers or members see the numbers?
No. Attendance is a staff tool. Volunteers in your workspace never see counts or trends.
