The difference shows up afterwards: a form gives you a spreadsheet of submissions, and you still have to reconcile it against the paper releases parents handed in at church, work out who is missing one, and rebuild a check-in list from it. Here the registrations, the health and pickup details, the day plan and the volunteers are all attached to the same event.
No. You share one link and parents fill the form in on their phone. There is no login, no app, and nothing to install — the same approach as our volunteer RSVP links.
The 101st submission is refused with a message asking the family to contact the church, so you find out at the boundary rather than after the fact. If your VBS is bigger than that, the $9.99/mo Plant plan raises the limit — and a VBS that fills 100 places is usually a church with a budget line for it.
Not today. The form collects information, not money. Event fees and church giving are deliberately kept apart in our system, and paid registration is not something we have shipped — so if your camp charges, take payment the way you do now and use this for the details.
This is the most sensitive data in the product and it is treated that way: the form is addressed by an unguessable link, submissions are rate limited, and allergies, medical notes and pickup contacts are visible only to the people you have invited into your church's workspace. It is never shown on a public page.
